These answers explain how projects are assessed without publishing unsupported MOQ, pricing, timing, capacity or compliance promises.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ is subject to product construction, materials, decoration, packaging and the production route. Share the design direction and estimated quantity so the team can assess a practical starting point.
Can you develop from a sketch?
Yes. A sketch, reference image or non-confidential concept can start a feasibility discussion. The team will clarify proportions, materials, decoration, intended market and quantity before sampling.
How long does sampling take?
Sampling time depends on design complexity, pattern work, material availability, decoration and the number of revisions. Timing is confirmed after the team reviews the project rather than offered as a fixed site-wide promise.
What affects plush toy pricing?
Key factors include size, fabric, filling, panel and sewing complexity, embroidery, print, applique, trims, labels, packaging, quantity, inspection requirements and delivery terms.
Can you provide custom packaging?
Custom packaging can be reviewed as part of an OEM/ODM project. Retail, gift-set or bulk export packaging depends on buyer artwork, materials, pack-out, markings and quantity.
Which markets do you export to?
Current company materials reference Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East and Asia. Product and document requirements should be confirmed for the specific target market.
Can you support third-party inspection?
Third-party inspection requirements can be discussed during project planning. The inspection scope, timing, sampling method and responsible party must be agreed for the order.
How are samples approved?
Buyer comments are translated into controlled sample revisions. Pre-production approval should cover the physical sample, construction, materials, artwork, labels, packaging direction and any agreed quality requirements.
Can buyers request certification documents?
Yes. The compliance page shows public summaries. Qualified buyers can request a relevant credential pack; full files, numbers, validity details and reports are not made available as public downloads.
How should confidential artwork be shared?
Start with a controlled share link, an expiry-limited link or a non-confidential preview. Do not upload sensitive design files through the public form. Sales can arrange the appropriate next step after the project is qualified.
